System Maintenance Program
Your car needs regular oil changes. House heating and air conditioning systems need scheduled inspections. For the continued long range protection of your investment in any complex system, a systematic maintenance program is essential. We understand how important it is for your sound system to work at peak performance. Our livings depend upon our equipment functioning properly at all times.
Over the years we have developed in–house programs to maintain our extensive equipment inventories in our rental and concert production departments. We offer you an opportunity to benefit from our years of experience in electronic equipment maintenance. We have designed a maintenance program that inspects over 40 system parameters on a regular schedule.
On our initial visit we will do a survey of your current system, compiling a list of equipment and creating a flow chart, then adjust your system for maximum performance and record system parameters. During our scheduled system inspections, scheduled when you sign-up for the program, we perform routine maintenance and inspect more than forty system elements. A report is generated on-site for your records.
If you require service during the terms of your maintenance agreement CareySound performs house calls at in-store service rates and will not charge you extra for after-hour visits.
Becoming a participant in our maintenance program has other advantages also.
• Preferred customer status. Your service needs are put at the top of the list.
• Discounted admission for up to two to CareySound sponsored demonstrations and workshops.
• Waiver of our service call fee if you need emergency service.
• Loaner equipment from our rental department if repairs can not be made on-site for half the cost of our posted rates.
All of these extra services are included with the maintenance program.
